Application Support Engineer

Tasks

• Proactively monitor systems, identify issues, and resolve escalations to ensure user satisfaction throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Designing test environments during platform development, creating test cases, and ensuring the quality of the delivered solution.
• Testing all systems that support our platform.
• Development and maintenance of trading, clearing, and settlement functions for our clients.
• Development of customized, optimal decentralized custody solutions for private equity funds, private debt funds, tokenized securities, and RWA (Real World) assets.

Requirements

• A first-class degree or equivalent degree in computer science, IT, software engineering, or data management.
• The candidate must reside in Miami.
• Experience with blockchain technology.
• Work experience in the development of distributed ledger technology.
• Design and development of complex systems that can run on multiple, decentralized networks.
• Experience integrating blockchain systems that handle high volumes of data in real time.
• Ability to work independently.
• Expertise in the design and development of large-scale systems.

Key Skills

• Experience with Microsoft SQL or Sybase SQL support.
• Experience with Windows-based server operating systems, Windows Servers, RDS, and Azure/Mobile Services.
• Event-driven and object-oriented development technologies.
• Ability to write scripts in Python.
• Experience with DB2, MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle, NoSQL, and Firebase databases.
