Application Support Engineer - Securities Finance (FIS SFTC/APEX/Finance) 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Supporting business colleagues in their daily work and conducting investigations as required
• Identifying potential for improvement and proposing recommendations for improving systems and processes
• As a member of our agile organization, participate in daily routines and ceremonies and contribute expertise to quarterly Program Increment Planning (PI)
• As a Global Products & Solutions Technology employee, acts as a local liaison between our team, Central IT and external vendors

Requirements

• Training in a technical profession, university degree or equivalent training or experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as IT Engineer, Support Engineer and/or IT Administrator with "FIS Securities Finance Trading and Collateral Platform" (formerly Apex Collateral Management / Finance), this experience is essential and mandatory
• Basic developer skills in databases and SQL, Unix and scripting, Java is a plus
• Experience as a DevOps engineer and CI/CD
• Basic knowledge of agile/SAFe methodology
