Application Support Specialist

Tasks

• Analysis of business requirements and conversion of HR processes into innovative technical solutions
• Collaborate with dedicated Oracle Fusion teams to specify, monitor, and resolve requests
• Management of HR projects from planning to delivery
• Technical support for end users to ensure rapid problem resolution
• Design and optimization of data models, SQL queries, and OBTI reports
• Reviewing Oracle Fusion release notes and anticipating system impacts
• Adapting reports to quarterly updates and facilitating data exchange between Oracle Fusion and other tools (AuraQuantic, DWHS)

Requirements

• University degree in IT, computer science, or a related field
• Experience with the entire software lifecycle and IT service management
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented, independent in advanced IT troubleshooting, with proven resources and the ability to acquire knowledge autonomously
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SQL, database modeling, Java, or Python
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HR solutions is an advantage
• Fluent English (B1 or First Certificate); Italian is an advantage (not in Lugano)
