Application Supporter (f/m/d)

The position of Application Supporter (f/m/d) at Raiffeisen in Zurich involves processing fault reports, change requests and customer inquiries in IT support as well as carrying out analyses and rectifying faults. The ideal candidate will have completed training as a computer scientist or ICT supporter and have experience in the Microsoft environment.

Job description

Application Supporter (f/m/d) 80-100%

Tasks

  • Fault reports, change requests and customer inquiries as part of IT support
  • Classification, prioritization, analysis and rectification of faults, including the introduction of suitable measures
  • Carrying out in-depth analyses in 2nd and partly 3rd level support
  • Escalation of tickets and incidents to the responsible departments (functional or hierarchical)
  • Support with rollouts and active participation in IT projects

Requirements

  • Completed training as a computer scientist EFZ or ICT supporter SIZ with solid IT knowledge
  • Sound experience in the Microsoft environment (Windows, Office, Teams, SharePoint etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of IT service management according to ITIL (ITIL Foundation)
