Applied AI Engineer – Fundamental Equity Tech Investing TeamTasks
* Architecture of AI systems for investors * Contribution to Alaimo, our in-house investment research platform designed to streamline manual workflows and enable teams to focus on higher-value activities such as thesis monitoring, analysis, and alpha generation * Alaimo consists of three components: a central data repository, LOOK+ special agents, and a suite of custom apps * The platform is used by over 150 investors, strategists, and CIOsRequirements
* 2+ years of relevant professional experience * Experience with and enthusiasm for ML/AI development * Strong knowledge of front-end coding (React, Python), databases (Snowflake, Databricks, Google BigQuery, or Azure), and genetic coding tools (Causal Code, Codec, etc.) * Proven ability to collaborate across teams and functions * Experience in a fast-paced, startup-like environment is valuable but not required * A keen eye for design principles, with a focus on form and function * Ability to incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders and iterate * Deep interest in technology and a relentless drive to be at the forefront of AIWe offer
