Tasks
- Supporting our customers with support requests and parameterization of their requirements
- Ensuring smooth operation
- Creating reports and evaluations using SQL and preparing monthly and annual financial statements
- Technical analysis and resolution of problem cases in collaboration with the development department
- Collaboration in projects, specialist groups, and release testing
- Solid knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn it independently with support
