Tasks
- Ensuring sustainable, stable and maintainable applications
- Continuous improvements: Monitoring and analyzing the IT service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency, effectiveness and quality
- Communication: main point of contact for stakeholders, regular updates, reports and feedback on the IT service
- Compliance and governance: Ensuring that the IT service complies with the relevant laws, regulations and organizational guidelines
- Test/release management and deployments of fixes and enhancements/upgrades
Requirements
Profile
- IT service management: understanding of IT service management principles, processes and best practices (e.g. ITIL)
- Technology skills: Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure and applications, including hardware, software and networks
Expectations
- Governance and compliance: knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards and organizational guidelines
