Tasks

• Defining the bank's data architecture (hierarchy, granularity) and applying this architecture to the data classification policy
• Design and define a global policy for data management, including standards for data and documents (access, transfer, storage, lifecycle, metadata)
• Modeling data management systems and the flows between these systems
• Collaborate with project managers to implement robust solutions that meet the security requirements and technical objectives of the project, adhering to best practices and architectural compliance.
• Understanding the technological environment, customer needs, and recommending products with justification
• Creating and maintaining plans, diagrams, lists of standards, etc.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Swiss banks: internal and external security requirements, trust levels, FINMA guidelines, banking secrecy, LPD, GDPR, data and related issues
• Knowledge of technologies for encryption, transformation, signature, transmission, audit, extraction, loading, indexing, backup, and recovery of data
• Mastery of concepts related to data, ODS, big data, unstructured data, streaming, cloud storage, data structuring for AI, etc., and techniques for optimal analysis and use of information
• Methodological knowledge of enterprise architecture (TOGAF) is an advantage
• Knowledge of Mega Hoapex or Archimate is an advantage
