Area Lead Assurances / IAG (m/f/x) 100%
Vaudoise Assurances is seeking an Area Lead Assurances / AI to lead and orchestrate the transition from property and casualty insurance to the intelligent use of artificial intelligence (AI). The successful candidate will play a key role between the specialist departments, technology, and transformation to implement the vision of insurance enhanced by AI.
Tasks
Your missions: * Define and maintain the IAG Assurance roadmap (vision, priorities, sequencing) * Identify and prioritize use cases with the greatest business impact (productivity, quality, time-to-value, customer satisfaction) * Orchestrate the IAG initiative portfolio, from POC to industrialization * Identify, analyze, and anticipate current and emerging trends in Generative Artificial Intelligence * Lead and ensure alignment with other departments within the company * Federate, synchronize, and align internal stakeholders (business, TDS, data, innovation) around IAG issues and common objectives * Collaborate and co-construct with the Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams a controlled usage framework based on a risk-based approach * Actively contribute to the acculturation of business lines to IAG and change management * Define, monitor, and optimize value indicators (adoption, productivity, decision quality, time-to-value) and drive the necessary adjustments * Measure, document, and promote the impact of initiatives through business success storiesRequirements
Your profile: * Proven experience (10+ years) in property and/or personal insurance, in transformational roles with a strong business impact (claims management, underwriting, distribution, customer relations, operational performance) * Ability to prioritize by value, arbitrate, and deliver measurable results * Demonstrated solid experience in cross-functional program and/or project portfolio management * Functional mastery of AI technologies (DLM, LLM, copilots, agents, autonomous agents, augmented automation) * Possess influential leadership skills, excellent communication skills at the executive level, and a keen sense of results * Hold a master's degree/HES/university degree in business, management, economics, actuarial science, or applied mathematics * Have exposure to or additional training in digital transformation, data, or AI * Be fluent in French: C2 - English: C2 - German: appreciatedWe offer
