Tasks

The tasks that await you:

• Define and maintain the IAG Assurance roadmap (vision, priorities, sequencing)
• Identify and prioritize use cases with the greatest business impact (productivity, quality, time-to-value, customer satisfaction)
• Orchestrate the portfolio of IAG initiatives, from POC to industrialization
• Identify, analyze, and anticipate current and emerging trends in general artificial intelligence.
• Pilot and ensure alignment with other departments (Business, TDS, Data, Innovation) around IAG issues and common objectives.
• Collaborate and co-develop with the Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams a controlled usage framework based on a risk-based approach.
• Actively contribute to the acculturation of professions at the IAG and to change management
• Define, monitor, and optimize value indicators (adoption, productivity, decision quality, time-to-value) and drive the necessary adjustments
• Measure, document, and promote the impact of initiatives through business success stories

Requirements

Votre profil :

• Justify proven experience (10+ years) in property and/or personal insurance, in transformational roles with a strong business impact (claims management, underwriting, distribution, customer relations, operational performance).
• Have the ability to prioritize by value, arbitrate, and deliver measurable results
• Demonstrate solid expertise in cross-functional program and/or project portfolio management.
• Functionally master AI/AG technologies: LLM, copilots, agents, autonomous agents, augmented automation
• Possess influential leadership skills, excellent communication skills at the executive level, and a keen sense of results.
• Hold a master's degree/HES/university degree in business, management, economics, actuarial science, or applied mathematics.
• Have exposure to or additional training in digital transformation, data, or AI
• Fluent in French: C2 - English: C2 - German: appreciated
