ASP.NET/C# Developer (Graduate)

About the role

As a software developer, you have a unique and exciting opportunity to join a young and dynamic company that focuses on providing value-added services in the field of investment products. You will be part of the IT development department in Lisbon and will work on front-office, structured, and quantitative investment strategy applications within our system landscape.

Tasks

• Work closely with the business units and other IT departments to gather and understand requirements, define solutions, and estimate the effort involved.
• Help make decisions regarding software and architecture.
• Help create a robust set of automated tests to support operations in a continuous integration/continuous deployment environment.
• Implement changes to meet business needs and keep the platform up to date technically.

Requirements

• Educational background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• A willingness to learn new technologies and engage in ongoing professional development.
• Can-Do Attitude: We deliver code to production for our stakeholders and follow up on its release.

Nice to Have

• Practical experience: Portfolio of personal projects, participation in hackathons, or internships.
• Knowledge of object-oriented and/or functional programming languages; willingness to learn ASP.Net/C#, Python, Bash, and SQL.
