Asset & Liability Manager - Finance, Treasury, and Credit 100% (f/m/d)

Responsible for safeguarding the bank's financial integrity by strategically managing assets and liabilities and ensuring the bank's financial health through proactive risk management and strategic financial planning.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for initiatives related to the Treasury P&L, balance sheet items, assets, and investments
  • Design and develop analytical tools, reporting frameworks, and dashboards to ensure high-quality and comprehensive reporting within the group, particularly in areas relevant to Treasury
  • Drive data model development initiatives that help make Treasury and Credit analytics more robust, and promote greater automation and optimization of financial reporting processes
  • Ensure end-to-end execution of credit risk reporting, including production, quality assurance, and compliance with regulatory requirements, to ensure timely reporting to management
  • Lead or support strategic projects and workstreams across Treasury and Credit, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial structures, improve credit performance, boost economic capital, and enhance analytical skills for analyzing complex risk exposures, as well as knowledge sharing within the team

Your Profile

  • Relevant advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field; additional professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are preferred
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in treasury, credit, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data and economic conditions
  • A solid understanding of treasury and balance sheet management, counterparty risk analysis, and the principles of financial risk management
  • Proficient in the use of financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experienced in automating, standardizing, and optimizing financial processes
