Asset Management Sales Support Analyst - Part-Time Position

Tasks

The role of Asset Management Sales Support Analyst involves assisting sales executives with all aspects of the sales business. Daily responsibilities include:

• Managing Reporting Tasks
• Handling ad hoc inquiries from customers
• Sending informational materials, including mailings and periodic reports, to customers
• Maintaining CRM tools and mailing lists to ensure data accuracy and a smooth flow of communication
• Preparing product presentations and assisting the marketing team with preparatory tasks

Requirements

The following requirements apply to this position:

• Experience in banking, the financial sector, and/or investment funds is a plus
• Customer focus, exceptional service quality, and efficiency
• Data analysis and numerical skills: Conducting data analyses and delivering insights using strong numerical and quantitative skills
• Interest in and understanding of the asset management industry and investment funds
• Native German speaker; fluent in spoken and written English; French is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel; programming skills are a plus
