Asset Management Sales Support Analyst - Part-Time Position

Tasks

In this role, you will work directly with sales executives to support the sales department in all aspects of its operations. Your daily responsibilities will include managing reporting tasks, handling ad hoc requests from clients, and sending out informational materials, including mailings and periodic reports to clients. You will be responsible for maintaining CRM tools and mailing lists to ensure data accuracy and a smooth flow of communication. In addition, you will prepare product presentations and assist the marketing team with preparatory tasks. In addition to these core responsibilities, you will maintain close contact with product specialists and other teams around the world to ensure a smooth flow of information.

Requirements

• Experience in banking, the financial sector, and/or investment funds is a plus
• Customer-focused, with exceptional service quality and efficiency
• Data analysis and numerical skills: Conducting data analyses and delivering insights using strong numerical and quantitative skills
• Interest in and understanding of the asset management industry and investment funds
• Native German speaker; fluent in spoken and written English; French is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel; programming skills are a plus

We offer

A part-time position at JPMorgan Asset Management in Zurich, with a 50% workload. The start date can be arranged on an individual basis.
