Management Assistant - External Management
Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is seeking an Assistant for External Business Administration to support advisors with administrative tasks and perform administrative duties. The ideal candidate has training in banking, is organized and a team player, and has a good command of French and English.
Tasks
Your main responsibilities:- assist external managing directors with the administrative management of their portfolios,
- perform administrative tasks such as processing benefits, payments, or stock market orders,
- Assist GFIs and clients with their administrative requests,
- effectively handle routine requests related to day-to-day operations.
Requirements
Your profile:- Banking education at the CFC level or higher,
- a structured and organized mindset, an independent and versatile personality,
- strong interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit,
- Familiarity with external managers is a plus,
- Fluency in French, good knowledge of English.
