Assistant (m/f) Division Manager "bitubi"
"bitubi" is the brand of Glarner Kantonalbank and the leading digital professional service and software provider for the credit business.Your tasks:
- Supporting the division manager in looking after customers, partners and clients
- Administration and processing of financial resources (evaluations, statistics, book of work, etc.) in the bitubi area
- Creation of individual evaluations for the area
- Meeting and night processing as well as taking minutes at meetings in the area of
- Creating presentations for the division manager and the division's departments
- Supporting the division manager in market and media relations (articles from the daily press, etc.)
- Ensuring the flow of information to department heads
- Contact person for questions relating to administration in the area of
- Organization of various meetings or events, internal training courses, workshops, conferences and cooperation in the organization and implementation of customer and internal events as well as the launch of new projects or active cooperation in existing projects in the bitubi area
- Taking on projects or actively participating in the creation of training and development plans for employees in the division, for forwarding to the HR office
Your profile:
- Successfully completed basic commercial training with corresponding further training in banking & finance or completed business studies with a focus on banking
- Ideally professional experience in a comparable position at a bank
- Experience in the preparation of business analyses
- Strong analytical thinking and implementation skills
- Very good PowerPoint and Excel skills and confidence in creating management presentations and communicating with internal and external audiences
- German at mother tongue level, written and spoken. A good knowledge of English is also desirable
- Good general knowledge and interest in current topics in the Swiss or international financial center
- Hands-on and team-play mentality, good self-organization and high level of commitment
- Structured, results-oriented and entrepreneurial working style as well as absolute reliability and careful handling of confidential data
