Julius Baer is seeking an Assistant Account Management (m/f/d) for a full-time position in Zurich to assist with client account management and onboarding activities. The position is temporary until 30.06.2026 with possible extension.

Job description

Assistant Account Management 100% (f/m/d) - (Contract through our external payroll partner with immediate start until 30.06.2026 with possible extension)

Tasks

  • Administrative support in account management
  • Monitoring of transactions, retrieval of copies or contracts, various relevant documents to the respective department for further processing
  • Initiation of account openings (entry of relevant data in CRM, start of workflows, forwarding of workflows and all other tasks)
  • Coordination and execution of all upcoming onboarding activities (coordination with client and counterparties including various setups: e.g. control tables, SWIFT, mail delivery, interest / transfer)

Requirements

  • Commercial training (EFZ) or equivalent; additional qualifications in banking/finance desirable
  • Solid knowledge of customer management processes: Settlements (DVP/RVP), corporate actions, coupons, trade execution
  • Experience in global custody and strong client-oriented approach
  • Understanding of AML procedures, transaction monitoring and verification of payment purpose
  • Familiarity with SWIFT messages and operational use of CRM/workflow systems
