Corporate Customer Service Representative (m/f)

Your Role

• Bringing the "Ma Banque Raiffeisen" brand to life as a supplier and business partner is the ultimate goal of all "MNE" business activities, both strategically and locally.
• Working alongside the “Raiffeisen Business Client Advisor (m/f),” for whom you are responsible for managing the recruitment processes and procedures, your contribution to the overall success of the Business Banking department is essential.
• Your passion for handling complex cases involving companies of all sizes should enable you to assist us throughout the various phases of our clients' lifecycle.
• Strengthen our service team in light of market developments.

What are you bringing?

• In this specific field, you have gained significant and relevant experience in the banking sector and/or related fields.
• Your interpersonal skills and your ability to actively listen to others are the perfect complement to your profile.
• You have a good command of French, and a comfortable understanding of Dutch is a plus.
