Cross-Asset Derivatives Assistant (M/F)

missions

• As part of the Active & Advisory Desk and in collaboration with the other Private Banking centers of expertise in Paris, you will actively participate in the rollout of a range of derivative products (GTC—equity and currency, options, swaps, etc.) for the Indosuez Group’s international high-net-worth clients.
• Within the CA INM Europe trading room, you will report to the Head of Active & Advisory and be responsible for the following tasks:
• Development of Excel/VBA tools to streamline the daily tasks of the Capital Markets Desk and to process client orders (SWIFT) and trade results (AMM, AMF, etc.);
• Automation of sales proposals; improvement and updating of daily pricing models and investment proposal generation tools;
• Improvement and monitoring of reporting for the Active & Advisory business;
• Assistance in preparing sales presentations (developing investment proposals based on market conditions, etc.);
• Assistance for structured transactions and derivatives involving foreign exchange, metals, and equities, depending on market conditions, …) ;
• Establishment of pricing platforms for clients and intermediaries;
• Management and Hosting for Platform Clients

Experience Required

• Proven experience in private banking, investment banking, and asset management

• Knowledge of economics and financial markets: fundamentals;
• Understanding the private banking environment;

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
• Excellent communication skills

Information technology tools

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA programming; knowledge of any other programming language is a plus;
• Knowledge of Bloomberg, Eikon, and Refinitiv is a plus;
• Be able to quickly analyze real-time information or systems and have implemented tools in Excel;
• Knowledge of asset models and underlying assets (funds, swaps, options);
• Knowledge of IT and software development (Java, C#, .NET, Python, R, SQL, Linux, Windows, etc.)

Langues

• In addition to French and English, proficiency in German (including in a professional context) is a major asset

• Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Word, Bloomberg, SAP, VBA, SQL, C++, J, R
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is a plus
