Assistant, Asset Management
The Valais Cantonal Bank is seeking an Asset Management Assistant to handle administrative tasks in the area of asset management and work closely with the Investment Management and Investment Solutions & Advisory teams. The ideal candidate has a business background, knowledge of financial markets, and strong communication skills in German, English, and French.
Tasks
You will assist with the administrative management of portfolios and advisory mandates (administrative management, monitoring, preparation of materials). You will develop and maintain communication materials for our various investment products in collaboration with the teams in the Asset Management & Advisory department. You will support the Investment Management and Investment Solutions & Advisory teams in the administrative management of investment mandates and mandates providing support to our advisors. You will serve as a point of contact for internal inquiries regarding financial markets and investment products. You will participate in projects within the Asset Management division.Requirements
- Business education (Business Maturity and/or University of Applied Sciences)
- Interest in financial markets and familiarity with the technological systems used in this industry
- Good written and spoken German and English
- A flexible person who can adapt to both new situations and a variety of personalities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to propose constructive solutions for improvement
