Assistant Financing

Your tasks

• You will proactively support the Relationship Managers in their daily tasks and in some cases deputize for them in their absence
• You help with the preparation and follow-up of customer meetings and presentations
• You create basic documents, confirmations and other correspondence
• You will be involved in the preparation of loan applications (mortgages/company loans)
• You will handle customer queries by telephone (account balances, renewals of fixed advances and mortgages, entry of stock market orders, etc.) to ensure high-quality customer service
• In cooperation with the Relationship Manager, you will monitor the customer portfolios with regard to loan maturities and the timely processing of loan orders
• They ensure that internal processes are adhered to and comply with legal and regulatory requirements
• They continuously keep themselves up to date and undergo further training in order to bring their knowledge up to date

Requirements

• You have completed basic commercial training in banking and have 2 to 5 years of professional experience in the banking business, preferably in the credit sector
• You already have knowledge of traditional financing products and the bank's range of services
• As a committed, proactive and team-oriented person, you are used to working precisely, independently and efficiently, are characterized by your discretion and enjoy dealing with demanding clients
• You are familiar with the compliance requirements, particularly with regard to MIFID and money laundering
• In addition, you have comprehensive knowledge of how the bank works and the instruments provided
• Avaloq knowledge an advantage
• Your skills are complemented by your mastery of Microsoft Office tools
• German skills and mother tongue, good English skills round off your profile or are an advantage
• Your impeccable manners, your confident demeanor and your well-groomed appearance round off the job profile
