As Assistant Financing, you will be responsible for processing loan applications, customer concerns and monitoring customer portfolios to ensure high quality customer service. You will work closely with the Relationship Manager and ensure that internal processes are adhered to.

Assistant Financing (80-100 %)Tasks
- You will be involved in the preparation of loan applications (mortgages/company loans)
- You will handle customer queries by telephone (account balances, renewals of fixed advances and mortgages, entry of stock market orders, etc.) to ensure high-quality customer service
- In cooperation with the Relationship Manager, you will monitor the customer portfolios with regard to loan maturities and the timely processing of loan orders
- They ensure that internal processes are adhered to and comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- They keep up to date with the latest developments and undergo further training to deepen their knowledge
Requirements
- You have completed basic commercial training in banking
- You have 2 to 5 years of professional experience in the banking business, preferably in the credit sector
- You already have knowledge of traditional financing products as well as the bank's analysis and financing business
- You are a committed, proactive and team-oriented person
