Tasks

• Responsibility for the operation and technical support of the sales portal, including best practices or inefficiencies, as well as deposits and withdrawals
• Advising internal clients on product and service launches and process changes
• Developing concepts for the further development of the sales portal in consultation with the supervising department
• Developing and implementing quality measures, as well as assisting in the preparation of sales and organizational documents and in the preparation of analyses and reports
• Participation in the development and monitoring of policies and strategies within the internal reporting structure
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders, external partners, and other departments
• Coordination of complex projects and special assignments
• Review of service contracts and definition of responsibilities and obligations

• Participation in the development and implementation of new products and processes
• Participation in the development and implementation of new processes and services
• Additional areas of responsibility related to market and weather data

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in support or customer service
• Experience in developing software and/or web applications
• Experience with digital channels such as CMS, etc.
• Experience in front-end (Angular) and back-end (Java) development
• Experience in interface integration (API)
• Experience in the field of databases
• Experience in software testing
• Experience in troubleshooting
• Experience in the field of support
• Experience in reporting and performance management
• Experience in project management
• Experience with programming languages such as TypeScript, DAX, and Power Query
• Experience in Microsoft Power BI; development experience is preferred (reporting / modeling / DAX)
• A structured and analytical approach to work
