The Julius Baer Group is seeking an Assistant Manager (m/f/d) for its Private Banking team in Frankfurt am Main to support client advisors in preparing and implementing client acquisition initiatives and to handle administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have completed business training, have some professional experience in an administrative role, and possess strong organizational skills.

Assistant (m/f/d) RMYour challenge
- Providing independent support to customer service representatives in the preparation and implementation of sales initiatives
- Organizational and administrative support for the private banking team
- Coordinating and preparing for client meetings, as well as assisting with follow-up tasks
- Preparation of presentations, contracts, and reports
- Processing of account and securities account documents, as well as assistance with account openings and identity verification processes
- Maintenance of customer data in our systems and reliable document management
- Coordination with internal departments (e.g. back office, compliance, product management)
- Organization of trips, appointments and events
- Responsibility for smooth office operations in day-to-day business
- Reception and hospitality for customers and business partners
- Travel and expense reports
Your profile
- Completed business training—ideally in banking—or comparable qualifications
- First professional experience in an assistant function, preferably in the financial environment or private banking
- Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
- High level of service orientation, discretion and professionalism in customer contact
- Team spirit, strong communication skills, and a confident demeanor
- Excellent written and spoken German; knowledge of English is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
