Job description: Assistant Onshore Basel (CH)
Tasks
- Independent preparation and follow-up of appointments with customers, coordination of projects (information gathering, updating customer portfolios, preparation of documents).
- Assisting with the monitoring of client deposits/assets (reporting, liquidity, and cash management) in close cooperation with relationship managers.
- Independent execution of standard orders (payment transactions, simple securities and foreign exchange transactions) in compliance with internal guidelines, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Completed banking or commercial training, supplemented by 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable position in private banking or in managing a consulting team.
- Good MS Office skills and confidence in using banking systems.
