Tasks

• Supporting customer advisors and the team leader in assisting and supporting customers
• English-language communication

Requirements

• Completed banking training or basic commercial training combined with several years of practical experience in private customer business
• Experience in serving private banking clients (advantageous)
• Experience in dealing with complex customer relationships and knowledge of regulatory requirements (MiFID, KYC, AML, etc.)
• Market-specific knowledge in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, and derivatives
• Committed and prudent personality with a high degree of initiative
• Strong customer focus and service orientation with high standards of quality and reliability
• Serious personality with exclusive scope requirements and strong communication skills
