Tasks

• Supporting customer advisors and the team leader in providing customer service and support

Requirements

• Completed banking training or basic commercial training combined with several years of practical experience in private customer business
• Experience in serving private banking clients (advantageous)
• Experience in dealing with cross-border customer relationships and knowledge of regulatory requirements (MiFID, KYC, AML, etc.)
• Market-specific knowledge in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, and derivatives
• Commitment and prudent shuttle services with a high degree of initiative
• Strong customer focus and service orientation with high standards of quality and reliability
• Impeccable personality with excellent manners and strong communication skills
