Assistant Relationship Manager (Full-Time) (m/f/d) - Ireland
Julius Baer Bank is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager (m/f/d) for its branch in Dublin, Ireland, to support one or more Relationship Managers in their day-to-day work and handle administrative tasks, client care, and relationship management. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, has strong communication skills, and has experience in the financial industry, particularly in private banking.
Your challenge
The position of Assistant Relationship Manager involves the following responsibilities:- Support the Relationship Manager (RM) / Team Head (TH) in client interactions and all related tasks
- Customization of client requests (reporting, statistics, mailings, etc.)
- Managing the RM/TH’s calendar, preparing for client meetings, organizing business trips, and following up on client calls, meetings, or business trips
- Compiling presentations, assisting with the development of investment proposals, and supporting marketing activities
- Ensuring coverage during your own absences
Business tasks
The position involves the following business responsibilities:- Regular collection and exchange of relevant information
- Organizing one's own work more efficiently and in compliance with regulations, and keeping one's supervisor informed in a timely manner
- Conducting reviews, planning, and documenting work
- Supporting the RM/TH in the implementation of projects and initiatives
- Provision of professional suggestions for improvements
- Management of the expense reporting process for RM/TH
Risk management and controls
The position involves the following responsibilities in risk management and internal controls:- Active support for risk management (first line of defense)
- Ensuring adherence to internal regulations and compliance with internal policies and standards
- Timely resolution of outstanding issues and escalated defects
- Ensuring appropriate ethical and compliant behavior
- Ensuring accurate and clear documentation of client interactions
