Assistant Relationship Manager (Full-Time) (m/f/d) - Ireland
Julius Baer Bank is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager (m/f/d) for its branch in Dublin, Ireland, to assist a Relationship Manager with day-to-day operations, administrative tasks, and client support. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a high level of risk awareness, and experience in the financial industry.
Tasks
The Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) supports one or more Relationship Managers (RM) / Team Heads (TH) in day-to-day operations, administration, client care, and relationship management. Responsibilities include:- Supporting RMs/THs in client interactions and all related tasks
- Managing the calendars of RMs/THs, preparing for client meetings, organizing business trips, and following up on client calls, meetings, or trips
- Compilation of presentations, support in the preparation of investment proposals and marketing activities
- Ensuring coverage in your own absence
Business tasks
The ARM is responsible for the following business tasks:- Regular collection and exchange of relevant information
- Organizing one's own work in an efficient and compliant manner
- Conducting reviews, planning, and documenting work
- Support for RM/TH in the implementation of projects and initiatives
- Providing professional input for improvements
- Administration of the expense accounting process for RMs/TH
Risk management and controls
The ARM actively supports risk management and controls:- Support for risk management (first line of defense)
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal guidelines and standards
- Tracking open issues and escalated defects
- Ensuring ethical and compliant behavior
- Ensuring accurate and clear documentation of client interactions

- Strong language skills (spoken and written) in line with specific market requirements
- Proven experience in client service dealing with complex needs
