Assistant Relationship Manager (Full-Time) (m/f/d) - Ireland
Julius Baer Bank is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager (m/f/d) for its branch in Dublin, Ireland, to support one or more Relationship Managers in day-to-day operations, administration, client service, and relationship management. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, has strong communication skills, and has experience in the financial industry as well as a good knowledge of private banking products and services.
Your challenge
The position of Assistant Relationship Manager involves the following responsibilities:- Supporting the Relationship Manager (RM) / Team Head (TH) in their day-to-day work, administrative tasks, customer service, and relationship management
- Interaction with internal and external stakeholders
Tasks
The main tasks include:- Client Administration & Management: Supporting the RM/TH in client interactions and all related tasks
- Business Management: Regularly gathering and sharing relevant information, organizing one's own work, and ensuring that the supervisor is informed in a timely and appropriate manner
- Risk Management & Controls: Actively supporting risk management (first line of defense), ensuring adherence to internal regulations and compliance with internal policies and standards

- Proven experience in serving bank clients with complex needs
