Assistant Relationship Manager (Full-Time) (m/f/d) - Ireland

Julius Baer Bank is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager (m/f/d) for its branch in Ireland to support one or more Relationship Managers in their day-to-day work and to handle client administration, client care, and relationship management. About the job

The Assistant Relationship Manager supports one or more Relationship Managers or Team Heads in day-to-day operations, administration, client care, and relationship management.

Tasks

The tasks include:
  • Supporting relationship managers in client interactions and all related tasks
  • Managing the Relationship Managers' calendars, preparing for client meetings, organizing business trips, and following up on client calls, meetings, or trips
  • Compilation of presentations, support in the preparation of investment proposals and marketing activities
  • Ensuring coverage in your own absence

Business tasks

The business tasks include:
  • Regular collection and exchange of relevant information
  • Organizing one's own work in an efficient and compliant manner
  • Conducting reviews, planning, and documenting work
  • Supporting Relationship Managers in the implementation of projects and initiatives
  • Provision of professional input and suggestions for improvements
  • Management of the expense report process for relationship managers

Risk management and controls

Risk management and control responsibilities include:
  • Active support in risk management (first line of defense)
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies and standards
  • Ensuring the timely clarification of open issues and escalated defects
  • Ensuring appropriate, ethical, and compliant conduct within one's area of responsibility
  • Ensuring that documentation of client interactions and client orders is accurate, meaningful, and understandable

Requirements

The requirements include:
