Assistant Relationship Manager (Full-Time) (m/f/d) - Ireland

Julius Baer Bank is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager (m/f/d) for its branch in Dublin, Ireland, to support a Relationship Manager in their day-to-day work and handle administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of private banking and be highly service-oriented.

Tasks

The Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) in Private Banking supports one or more Relationship Managers (RMs) / Team Heads (THs) with day-to-day operations, administration, client care, and relationship management. Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting RMs/THs in client interactions and all related tasks
  • Customization of client requests (reports, statistics, mailings, etc.)
  • Managing RM(s)/TH clients, preparing for client meetings, organizing business trips, and following up on client calls, meetings, and trips
  • Creating presentations, assisting with the preparation of investment proposals, and supporting marketing activities
  • Ensuring coverage during your own absences

Business tasks

  • Regular collection and exchange of relevant information
  • Efficient and compliant organization of one's own work and timely reporting to one's supervisor
  • Conducting reviews, planning, and documenting the work
  • Support for RM/TH in the implementation of projects and initiatives
  • Provision of professional suggestions for improvements
  • Management of the Expense Report Process for RM(s)/TH

Risk management and controls

  • Active support in risk management (first line of defense)
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal guidelines and standards
  • Timely resolution of outstanding issues and escalated defects
  • Ensuring Ethical and Compliant Conduct
  • Ensuring accurate and clear documentation of client interactions

  • Proven experience in serving bank clients with complex needs
