Assistant Relationship Manager - 100% (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Handle account openings for new clients and account maintenance for existing clients, including the implementation of agreed fees and the monitoring of applied fees
- Ensure efficient and prompt processing of orders, trades, transactions, payments, etc. received directly from the customer
- Monitor maturity list for deposits, loans, trades; take action if instruction is default and seek instructions (from RM or client) if required
- Maintain and update records of customer instructions, customer data and preferences
- Provision of information and data to customers in verbal and/or written form, without advice or opinion/no value judgments
- Communication with other RM teams, Operations & IT
- Always ensure adherence to compliance, legal guidelines, internal rules, regulations and policies, etc.
Requirements
- Understanding how financial markets work, the structure and how they affect the value and pricing of investment products, the information provided to the client
- Understanding the impact of economic indicators, national/regional/global events on the markets and the value of investment products, the information provided to the client
- Understanding the difference between past performance and future performance scenarios and the limits of prediction
- Understanding issues related to market abuse and money laundering
- Evaluation of data relevant to the investment products on which information provided to the client is based, such as key investor information, documents, prospectuses, financial reports or financial data
- Basic knowledge of the valuation principles for the type of investment products in relation to the information provided to the client
- Ability to work independently, well organized, quickly and accurately, even under pressure
- Customer-oriented, discreet and responsible
- Friendly, open personality, well presented and professional demeanor
