Assistant Relationship Manager for the Latin America & Middle East Intermediaries team
The Assistant Relationship Manager will support the team and Relationship Managers in handling inquiries from intermediaries and end customers in Latin America and the Middle East. The focus is on ensuring smooth operations and fast, competent responses.
Job description
Tasks
- The Assistant will support the team and Relationship Managers (RMs) with all queries from Intermediaries & FOs and end clients on trading and operational aspects, with the aim of ensuring smooth operations and quick, competent and complete responses.
- The tasks include:
- Client Administration & Management
- Supports the RM and the team in all aspects of customer interaction
- Answers incoming calls and takes immediate action
- Manages and updates records of customer instructions, details and preferences. Creates system based reports for the RM
- Provides verbal and/or written information and data to clients without giving advice or opinion as a value judgment
- Processes orders, trades, transactions, payments (outside of e-channels) and executes customer requests
- Helps promote the use and adoption of dedicated intermediaries & FO-E channels
- Monitors the due list for deposits, loans, trades; takes action when instructions are standard, seeks instructions (from RM or client) when necessary and required
- Business Management
- Organizes and follows up on customer meetings, including logistics and document preparation
- Supports the RM in investigations and troubleshooting, maintains close internal cooperation between teams/departments
- Risk Management
- Full adherence to compliance, legal, internal rules, regulations and policies
- Is a first line of defense against risk by raising concerns, tracking issues and escalating when necessary
Requirements

- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Language skills:
- Open business language in French, Spanish and English (oral and written) and other languages as an asset
