Assistant Relationship Manager for the Latin America & Middle East Intermediaries team
The Assistant Relationship Manager will support the team and Relationship Managers in dealing with queries from intermediaries and end clients on commercial and operational aspects. The focus is on ensuring smooth operations and quick, competent and complete responses.

Tasks
- Supports the team and Relationship Managers (RMs) with all inquiries from intermediaries and FOs as well as end customers regarding trading and operational aspects
- Ensures smooth operation and fast, competent and complete responses
- The tasks include:
- Order placement
- Processing customer inquiries
Your main tasks
Client Administration & Management
- Supports the RM and the team in all aspects of customer interaction
- Answers incoming calls and takes immediate action
- Maintains and updates records of customer instructions, details and preferences
- Creates system-based reports for the RM
- Provides clients with oral and/or written information and data without giving advice or opinion as a value judgment
- Processes orders, trades, transactions, payments (outside of e-channels) and executes customer requests
- Helps promote the use and adoption of our dedicated intermediary and FO-E channels
- Monitors the due list for deposits, loans, trades; takes action when instruction is standard and seeks instructions (from RM or client) when necessary and required
Business Management
- Organizes and follows up on client meetings, including logistics and document preparation
- Supports the RM in investigations and troubleshooting, maintains close internal cooperation between teams/departments
Risk Management
- Full adherence to compliance, legal, internal rules, regulations and policies
- Is a first line of defense against risk by raising concerns, tracking issues and escalating when necessary
Requirements
Personal and social skills
- Basic knowledge of the financial markets: structure, function and legal/regulatory environment as well as industry awareness
- Basic understanding of relevant products and services applicable to EAM clients and valuation principles
- Very good language skills in French, Spanish and English (oral and written) and other languages are a plus
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
Education and experience
- Excellent organizational skills, able to work quickly, independently within the Assistant RM area and accurately, even under pressure
- Proactive, friendly and solution- and customer-oriented attitude
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills

- High personal integrity and risk awareness/ethical attitude
