Your challenge

Your responsibilities include:
  • Client Administration & Management: Supporting the Relationship Manager and the team in client interactions, handling client inquiries, and placing and managing orders
  • Business Management: Organizing and tracking client meetings, assisting the Relationship Manager with investigations and problem-solving
  • Risk Management: Adherence to compliance, legal, and internal policies; serving as the first line of defense against risks by reporting concerns and escalating issues as needed

Your responsibilities in detail

  • Supporting the Relationship Manager and the team in all aspects of client interaction
  • Handling incoming calls and taking prompt action
  • Updating client information and preferences, generating system-based reports for the relationship manager
  • Providing information and data to clients without offering advice or making value judgments
  • Processing of orders, trades, transactions, payments, and placement of loans and deposits
  • Support for promoting the use and adoption of e-channels for intermediaries and financial institutions
  • Monitoring maturity schedules for deposits, loans, and trades; taking action as needed

Your profile

  • Basic knowledge of financial markets: structure, function, and legal/regulatory environment, as well as industry knowledge
  • Basic understanding of relevant products and services for EAM clients, as well as evaluation principles
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent organizational skills, a proactive, friendly, and solution-oriented attitude
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • A professional demeanor and high personal integrity
