Assistant Relationship Manager, Intermediaries (Full-Time) (f/m/d)
The position of Assistant Relationship Manager, Intermediaries, at Julius Baer in Geneva involves supporting relationship managers in client management and handling business processes. The assistant is responsible for managing client inquiries, executing orders, and ensuring compliance with risk management guidelines.
Tasks
The Assistant supports the team and Relationship Managers (RMs) with all intermediary and FO inquiries, as well as end customer inquiries relating to trading and operational aspects. The aim is to ensure smooth operations and fast, competent, and comprehensive responses. Tasks include:- order placement
- Handling customer inquiries
- Execution of payments
- Placement of loans and deposits
Client Administration & Management
The Assistant supports the RM and the team in all aspects of customer interaction, including:- Answering incoming calls and taking prompt action
- Updating customer information and preferences
- Creation of system-based reports for RM
- Providing information and data to customers
- Processing of orders, trades, transactions, and payments
Business Management
The assistant organizes and follows up on client meetings, including logistics and document preparation, and supports the RM in conducting investigations and resolving issues.Risk management
The Assistant adheres to all compliance, legal, and internal policies and regulations and serves as a first line of defense against risks by reporting concerns, tracking issues, and escalating cases.Requirements
