Job description
The Assistant Relationship Manager for Intermediaries supports the team and the Relationship Managers (RMs) in handling all inquiries from intermediaries and end customers regarding trading and operational matters. The goal is to ensure smooth operations and provide prompt, knowledgeable, and comprehensive responses.Tasks
- Support the RM and the team in all aspects of customer interaction
- Answering calls and promptly carrying out instructions
- Updating customer information and preferences, and generating system-based reports for the RM
- Providing information and data to customers without offering advice or making value judgments
- Processing orders, trades, transactions, and payments, and handling customer inquiries
- Support in promoting the use and deployment of e-channels for intermediaries and FOs
- Monitoring of maturity schedules for deposits, loans, and trades, and execution of instructions
management
- Organization and follow-up of customer meetings, including logistics and document preparation
- Support the RM in investigations and problem-solving, and maintain close collaboration with other teams and units
Risk management
- Full compliance with regulations, laws, internal rules, regulations, and guidelines
- First line of defense against risks by reporting concerns, tracking issues, and escalating when necessary
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of financial markets: structure, function, and legal/regulatory environment, as well as industry knowledge
- Basic understanding of products and services relevant to EAM customers, as well as evaluation principles
- Excellent knowledge of English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
