Assistant Relationship Manager Intermediaries
The Assistant Relationship Manager Intermediaries is a transitional role aimed at helping to build client relationships and manage client files, with the aim of becoming a Relationship Manager following successful completion of a development program. The role involves managing clients, acquiring new clients and working with other team members.

Your challenge
- Ensure that accurate and high quality client relationship documentation formalities are adhered to and maintained to the highest standard, including client identification documentation (CID), account opening forms and other relevant legal forms
 - Acquiring prospective customers, proactively building your own customer book and retaining existing customers in close cooperation with other team members
 - Proactively request support, feedback and guidance from other relationship managers in the team in developing and maintaining successful client relationships
 - Responding to all customer requirements in the highest quality and in a timely manner
 - Providing appropriate advice in cooperation with specialists (if required) and in accordance with internal guidelines and regulations, in compliance with external rules and regulations
 - Deeper customer relationships and continuous optimization of customer potential through the acquisition of additional shares in the wallet / cross-selling
 - Adaptation of communication frequency and intensity to customer preferences
 - Ensuring the highest level of data security (CID / data protection) through access management
 - Provide accurate documentation formalities for client relationships at all times, including client identification documentation (CID), account opening forms and other relevant legal forms
 - Collecting customer feedback on products and services from the relevant specialists within the bank to ensure continuous improvement and adaptation to market trends
 - Monitoring and mitigating potential risks, as the first line of defense for the bank and its clients
 - Contribution to strategic initiatives (e.g. to optimize important processes or to support new product initiatives)
 - Active participation in the Associate Relationship Manager development program and engagement in the Associate RM community for exchange

Specialist knowledge
- Knowledge of global financial markets, interest in market developments and industry trends

Professional experience and language skills
- Proven professional experience of 3-5 years (preferably in the financial industry) or completion of the Julius Baer Front Graduate Program
 - Fluent in English (spoken and written), additional language skills depending on market requirements are an advantage
