The Assistant Relationship Manager Intermediaries is a transitional role aimed at preparing the candidate for the position of Relationship Manager. The main responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, servicing client needs and providing financial advice.

Your challenge
- Ensures that accurate and high quality client relationship documentation formalities are maintained to the highest standard, including client identification documentation (CDB), account opening forms and other relevant legal forms
- Proactively acquire new customers, build your own customer base and retain existing customers in close cooperation with other team members
- Proactively request support, feedback and guidance from other relationship managers on the team in developing and maintaining successful client relationships
- Respond to all customer inquiries promptly and with the highest quality
- Provide appropriate advice in collaboration with specialists (as required) and in accordance with internal policies and guidelines, while complying with external rules and regulations
- Deepen customer relationships and continuously optimize the potential for customer sales by acquiring additional market share / cross-selling
- Adapt the frequency and intensity of communication to customer preferences
- Ensure the highest level of data security (CID / data protection) through access management
- Maintain accurate client relationship documentation formalities to the highest standard, including client identification documentation (CDB), account opening forms and other relevant legal forms
- Collect customer feedback on products and services with the relevant specialists within the bank to ensure continuous improvement and adaptation to market trends
- Monitor and mitigate potential risks, serve as the first line of defense for the bank and its clients
- Contribute to strategic initiatives (e.g. to optimize key processes or support new product initiatives)
- Actively participate in the Associate Relationship Manager development program and engage in the Associate RM community to share experiences

- Good understanding of the relevant products, services and tools in Intermediaries & Family Offices
- Ability to match customer requirements with suitable product solutions
Education and experience
- University degree (e.g. Master's degree from a university, MBA, CFA) or other educational requirements in combination with relevant professional experience
- Proven professional experience of 0-5 years (preferably in the financial industry) or completion of the Julius Baer Front Graduate Program
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), additional language skills depending on market requirements are an advantage
