Assistant Relationship Manager
The Assistant Relationship Manager supports one or more Relationship Managers in their day-to-day work, administrative tasks, and client service, and interacts with internal and external stakeholders. The position requires a strong service orientation, good communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Tasks
The Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) supports one or more Relationship Managers (RM) / Group Heads (GH) in daily operations, administration, and client management. Responsibilities include:- Supporting RMs/GH in client interactions and all related tasks
- Customization of client requests (reporting, statistics, mailings, etc.)
- Managing the calendars of RMs/GH, preparing for client meetings, organizing business trips, and following up on client visits
- Compilation of presentations, support in the preparation of investment proposals and marketing activities
- Ensuring coverage during your own absences
Client Administration and Management
The ARM supports RMs/GHs in client interactions and manages related tasks, such as:- Customization of client requests
- Management of the RMs/GH Calendar
- Preparing for client meetings and organizing business trips
Business Management
The ARM:- regularly collects relevant information
- conducts reviews, plans, and documents their work
- assists RMs/GH in implementing projects and initiatives
- provides professional input and suggestions for improvements
- manages the expense reimbursement process for RMs/GH
Risk Management and Controls
The ARM:- actively supports risk management (first line of defense)
- ensures compliance with local regulations and internal policies
- ensures the timely clarification of open issues and escalated defects
- ensures appropriate ethical and compliant conduct within his or her area of responsibility
