Assistant Relationship Manager

The Assistant Relationship Manager supports the Relationship Manager with administrative tasks related to intermediaries and end customers, such as onboarding management and the maintenance of contracts and documentation. The role also involves providing operational support and managing customer relationships.

Tasks

The assistant supports the Relationship Manager (RM) with administrative tasks related to intermediaries and end customers. Responsibilities include:
  • Onboarding End-Customer Relationships
  • Maintaining contracts and documentation in the relevant systems
  • Assisting the RM with the processing of files and documentation

Key Areas of Responsibility

The time allocation for the various areas of responsibility is as follows:
  • Acquisition Management: 5%
  • Relationship Management: 20%
  • Service Management: 60%
  • People & Performance Management: 5%
  • Risk Management: 10%

Requirements

The following qualifications and experience are required for this position:
  • Relevant experience in the banking industry, compliance, and/or asset management, investment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and customer relationship management software
