Assistant Relationship Manager
The Assistant Relationship Manager supports Relationship Managers and Team Heads with day-to-day operations, administration, customer care and relationship management. The role also includes interacting with internal and external stakeholders and providing client information.
Job description: Assistant Relationship Manager
Tasks
- Supporting Relationship Managers (RM) and Team Heads (TH) with day-to-day operations, administration, client servicing and relationship management
- Interaction with internal and external stakeholders, provision of relevant information for customers
Client Administration & Management
- Support for customer interactions and related tasks (systems, processes, files, documents, etc.) with high quality, precision and timely responsiveness
- Individualization of customer inquiries (reporting, statistics, mailings, etc.)
- Management of the RM/TH calendar, preparation of customer meetings, organization of business trips, follow-up of customer meetings or business trips
- Preparation of presentations, support in the preparation of investment proposals and marketing activities
- Ensuring representation in the event of absence
Business Management
- Regular collection and exchange of relevant information
- Organization and self-management in an efficient and compliant manner
- Conducting reviews, planning and documenting the work
- Support in the implementation of projects and initiatives
- Creation of proposals for improvements based on experience
- Management of the expense reimbursement process for RM/TH
Risk Management & Controls
- Active support in risk management (support for the first line of defense)
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal guidelines
- Ensuring the timely clarification of open issues and escalated defects
- Ensuring appropriate ethical and compliant behavior
- Correct, meaningful and comprehensible documentation of customer interactions
