Assistant Relationship Manager

Julius Baer is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager in Singapore to support Relationship Managers in client service, administration, and risk management. The position requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of compliance, and the ability to work professionally under pressure.

Tasks

  • Supports Relationship Managers (RMs) in client meetings and all related tasks (systems, processes, files, documents, etc.) by delivering high-quality work in accordance with client requirements.
  • Coordinates the RM files and activities related to post-investment planning.
  • Manages RM contacts, prepares for client meetings, organizes business trips, and handles the follow-up on new tasks and client complaints.
  • Performs administrative tasks and assists with the development of investment strategies based on the requirements of asset management mandates, as well as with client-related activities, reporting, and administration.
  • Prepares, collects, and shares relevant information updates for the RM.
  • Reviews plans and prepares documents for the RM.
  • Assists the RM in implementing projects and tasks in coordination with the Business Manager team.
  • Provides professional projects and reviews to improve spending, incident management, and/or administrative processes.

  • Coordinates with the Julius Baer task force to ensure compliance with and fulfillment of the initial (Ie) risk management recommendations and services.
  • Ensures compliance with the regulations and compliance requirements of the Group Risk Management Division, the relevant country, or post-investment activities.
  • Ensures timely compliance and coordination with the local compliance, risk, and business manager.
  • Oversees internal compliance and compliance-related activities.
  • Ensures that risks are appropriately monitored and managed within the relevant department (e.g., IWM, Risk and Compliance).
  • Demonstrates compliance-related activities to the relevant departments (Compliance, Risk Management).
