Assistant Relationship Manager

Jubilee Bar is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager in Singapore to support the Wealth Management team with client administration, business processes, and compliance. The role involves coordinating administrative tasks, handling client inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and risk management.

Tasks

  • Supports the MALC in most of its activities and all related tasks (processes, systems, procedures, documents, information) by maintaining high quality standards and ensuring timely completion.
  • Coordinates the identified, planned, and managed administrative transactions.
  • Manages MALC clients, handles client inquiries, organizes business tickets, and completes the follow-up processing of new accounts, client-related tasks, and reporting activities.
  • Completes processes related to the creation of investment orders (asset transfers) and maintains client-specific data regarding their core accounts as well as the status of business tickets.
  • Updates the status.
  • Prepares relevant information for the AMS, collects it, and shares it.
  • Conducts reviews, and consistently plans and documents them for the AMS.
  • Supports the MALC in managing the Real Estate and Asset Management Department at the strategic level.
  • Conducts proactive reviews and reports on improvement measures related to operations, incident outcomes, or misconduct, as well as all relevant documents.
  • Please wait for the report (including the follow-up report) for the MALC.
  • Ensures the integrity of operations (both first and second lines of defense) by ensuring that roles and responsibilities are clearly defined, and that errors and issues are reported and escalated to the appropriate manager.
  • Ensures that our team adheres to regulations and complies with internal procedures and standards during normal operations. Proactively provides information, offers encouragement, and seeks approval for all matters related to processes and activities.
  • Maintains strong relationships with all relevant RMs, APLs, and senior business managers.
  • Ensures that customers understand conflicts of interest and the associated risks.
  • Reviews transactions and ensures proper communication with customers and the transfer of customer files.
  • Establishes, monitors, and maintains a comprehensive understanding of documentation and customer orders in a timely manner (S4A, GAW).
