Assistant Relationship Manager

Tasks

• Customer Data Administration and Management: Supporting the RM/RMs in their customer interactions by updating all systems, processes, files, and documents (ICs) with a high degree of efficiency, precision, and quality control.
• Ongoing client reporting (summaries, technical and informational reports).
• Management of the RM's portfolio: Providing client reports, organizing business trips, finalizing service delivery for reporting purposes, and preparing and reviewing the RM's business trips, reports, and meetings.
• Overseeing presentations, coordinating support for financial planning, and carrying out marketing activities as needed (updating materials, meetings, business trips, events, etc.).
• Providing creative advice to clients, as appropriate.
• Regularly collecting, analyzing, and sharing qualitative information relevant to the work.
• Conducting client visits and, where appropriate, visits by the business team.
• Support the RM/RMs in implementing projects and initiatives in close coordination with the team leader/manager.
• Providing professional insights for improvements based on experience, recurring incidents, or observations.
• Managing and expressing customer sentiment for RM/RM.
• Active support in managing and facilitating the flow of documents by raising objections or preparing initial documents.
• Forwarding customer feedback to the relevant individuals/departments within the company to promote continuous improvement and adaptation of processes.
