Assistant Relationship Manager
The Assistant Relationship Manager will support Relationship Managers and Senior Relationship Managers in servicing private clients, managing client relationships and implementing business requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in private banking, excellent communication skills and an understanding of global financial markets.

Tasks
- Client Administration & Management:
- Supports Relationship Manager (RM) and Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) in customer interaction and all related tasks (systems, processes, files, documents etc.) with high quality, accuracy and timely response
- Customize customer requests (reporting, statistics, mailings, etc.)
- Manages the RM/SRM's calendar, prepares client meetings, organizes business trips, completes the follow-up of client meetings, client meetings or business trips for RM/SRMs
- Prepares presentations, supports the RM/SRM in daily operations and marketing activities when required (client reception, meetings, business trips, events etc.)
- Ensures representation in your own absence
- Business Management:
- Collects and regularly exchanges relevant information required for the position
- Organizes self in an efficient and compliant manner and ensures supervisor is informed in a timely and appropriate manner
- Carries out checks, plans in advance and documents his work at all times
- Supports RM/SRM in the implementation of projects and initiatives
- Provides professional input and suggestions for improvement based on experience, incidents or observations
- Manages the expense report process for RM/SRM
- Provides ongoing administrative support:
- Processes customer transfers, executes securities, funds, bonds, money market / foreign exchange transactions
- Ensures the follow-up of customer inquiries and resolves them if possible
- Supports the RM in achieving its goals:
- Identifies opportunities to increase customer share / cross-sales
- Contacts customers to check satisfaction with service levels and ask about additional needs
- Carries out search requests if necessary
- Regulatory Responsibilities & Risk Management & Controls:
- Actively assists with risk management (first line of defense support), e.g. customer documentation, by raising concerns, tracking issues and escalating when in doubt
- Ensures compliance with local regulations and compliance with internal policies and standards (e.g. new account openings, payment instructions, review of client meetings or approval at own competence level etc.) in cooperation with the respective RM and GH
- Ensures the prompt clarification of pending issues and associated defects
- Ensures appropriate ethical and compliant behavior in his/her area of responsibility
- Ensures correct, meaningful and comprehensible documentation of customer interaction / customer orders in the relevant tool (e.g. CRM, DMS)
- Demonstrates appropriate values and behaviors, including but not limited to standards of honesty and integrity, care and diligence, fair treatment (fair treatment of clients), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, appropriate risk management and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
