Assistant Relationship Manager

Tasks

The assistant supports the team and relationship managers (RMs) with all inquiries from private clients, both in commercial and operational matters, with the aim of ensuring smooth operations and providing quick, competent, and comprehensive responses.

Your challenge

The tasks include:

• Client Administration & Management: Supporting the RM and the team in all aspects of customer interaction, answering incoming calls, updating customer information and preferences
• Business Management: Organizing and following up on client meetings, assisting the RM with investigations and problem solving
• Risk Management: Compliance with legal guidelines, internal rules, regulations, and policies, as well as initial risk defense by reporting concerns and escalating them if necessary.

Your responsibilities in detail

• Supporting the RM and the team in all aspects of customer interaction
• Answering incoming calls and prompt implementation
• Updating customer information and preferences
• Creation of system-based reports for RM
• Providing information and data to customers without offering advice or making value judgments
• Processing orders, trades, transactions, payments, and implementing customer requests
• Supporting the local team with cash services and receiving customers on site
• Monitoring the maturity schedule for deposits, loans, trades, and implementation of instructions
