Assistant Relationship Manager

LGT is looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager for German-speaking Switzerland based in Zurich to organize client meetings and travel and to assist with transaction-related processes. The ideal candidate will support administrative and organizational processes and work closely with the team.

Your area of responsibility

Organizing client meetings and business trips, including preparation and follow-up, as well as preparing briefings, presentations, and other documents; overseeing transaction-related processes such as trade settlements, securities deliveries, physical deliveries, and incoming document management, while ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards; actively participating in administrative and organizational processes and supporting efficient and seamless teamwork
