Tasks

• Supporting Relationship Managers (RM) and Team Heads (TH) with day-to-day operations, administration, client servicing and relationship management
• Interaction with internal and external stakeholders, provision of relevant information for customers

Client Administration & Management

• Support RMs/TH in customer interactions and related tasks (systems, processes, files, documents, etc.) with high quality, accuracy and timely responsiveness
• Customization of customer inquiries (reporting, statistics, mailings, etc.)
• Management of RMs/TH's calendar, preparation of customer meetings, organization of business trips, follow-up of customer meetings or business trips
• Preparation of presentations, support in the preparation of investment proposals and marketing activities
• Ensuring coverage in your own absence

Business Management

• Regular collection and exchange of relevant information
• Organize tasks in an efficient and compliant manner
• Carrying out reviews, planning and documenting tasks
• Supporting RMs/TH in the implementation of projects and initiatives
• Provision of professional suggestions for improvements
• Management of the expense reimbursement process for RMs/TH

Risk Management & Controls

• Active support for risk management
• Ensuring adherence to local regulations and compliance
• Ensuring the timely clarification of open issues and escalated defects
• Ensuring appropriate ethical and compliant behavior
• Ensuring correct, meaningful and comprehensible documentation of customer interactions
